HOW DID YOU FIND ALCHEMY?:

If I remember correctly, I stumbled across Alchemy in an AOL chat room. Right when I entered the chat everyone had been so nice and welcoming; any questions I had they answered and it made me feel like I was already part of the group. What kept me there were the fantastic plots and opportunities to play. It had always been hard to find a SL with active members that were always willing to jump into character and get ideas flowing. When it shut down, that’s pretty much when I ‘retired’ from the roleplay world. Now I’m back and the second time around has been a whole different experience. I worked my way up doing little things for the administrators and really getting to know everyone on a new level. Obviously the little jobs turned into more and I was offered the opportunity to become an administrator. This has honestly been one of the best SLs I’ve been a part of and the only group that could have brought me back into playing. Since I’ve been back, I’ve loved every moment of it and can’t wait to see how everything progressed.

WHAT DO YOU IN DO ALCHEMY?: I have no specific job that I am assigned to. I usually help with the bigger jobs; writing certain descriptions or thinking up new ideas. On top of that, I keep an eye on the activity and make sure everyone stays on top of their game (haha, pun kind of not intended – but it’s neat!). I try to respond to the members who post something on the board and move most of the older threads to back-up. In addition to that, I help approve applications, recruit when needed, and help run some of the threads on the board.
